1. Accepting these terms

By visiting the website, buying, or using Love Melody, you agree to these Terms of Use and linked policies. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the product.

2. What Love Melody includes

Love Melody is a digital emotional well-being product with 9 guided melodies and bonus materials: 21-Day Journal, Emotional Wellness Guide, and Quick Start Guide. You can access the content through an app on a phone, tablet, or computer, subject to platform availability.

The melodies are the main product. The guides and journal support the experience. The sales page and checkout describe what you buy.

3. Purchase, price, and access

The advertised main product costs US$ 19.90, as a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, or external fees should be shown or reflected at checkout before payment is confirmed.

After payment is confirmed, access instructions are sent to the email you provide. You are responsible for entering the correct email address and keeping your login details secure.

Optional offers, if available, require a separate choice and approval at checkout. They are not automatically included with the main product.

4. License and allowed use

Your purchase gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content. It may be revoked in the cases described in these terms.

You may not share login details, redistribute files, resell, publish, publicly share, commercially copy, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the materials without permission, unless the law allows it.

You may print the journal for personal use.

5. About the content and results

Love Melody provides guided audio and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and it does not replace professional support.

The program does not guarantee that an ex will contact you, feel attracted to you, send messages, or return. Love Melody cannot control other people's decisions or actions. Individual experiences vary.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use the platform legally, respectfully, and safely. You must not disrupt it, exploit security problems, violate others' rights, or use the materials to harass, pressure, or stalk anyone.

You are responsible for your relationship decisions and how you use the content.

7. Access and support

We aim to keep the content available through the app and fix issues within our control. Maintenance, technical problems, or outside services may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Refunds

The main product includes a 7-day guarantee starting when your purchase is confirmed, under the terms of our Refund Policy. This guarantee does not limit any legal consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

Love Melody names, text, images, audio, layouts, branding, and materials are protected by intellectual property law. Buying the product does not transfer ownership of these rights.

10. Limits and applicable law

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for relationship outcomes, personal choices, or service issues outside our control. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated by posting a new version here. Important changes will not unlawfully remove rights already gained.
