Refund Policy

1. 7-day guarantee

The Love Melody digital product comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, starting when your purchase is confirmed. You can ask for a refund within this time without giving a reason.

This policy applies to the Love Melody main product at the advertised price of US$ 19.90, paid once.

2. How to request a refund

Within 7 days, send your request to contato@centersmart.net, with the subject “Love Melody Refund”.

Include your name, purchase email, and order number if available. You can also request it directly through Hotmart, our checkout platform, in your purchase history.

3. How refunds are paid

After we check your eligibility and process the request, the refund will go to your original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider, bank, or card network.

If you paid in a currency other than US dollars, exchange fees, financial transaction taxes, or currency differences may follow your financial institution's rules, as explained by the payment provider and applicable law.

4. Access after a refund

Once a refund is completed, your access to Love Melody and its digital materials may be canceled. You may not continue distributing or exploiting the materials after your license ends.

5. Additional purchases

If you buy a separate bonus product or optional offer, its refund terms must be shown at its checkout. This policy does not create or change the terms of any product that has not been defined.
